i always wonder this too cos i want to lose a stone and a bit but looking at the meal plans in the book looks like you'l be eating alot

We have several people at group who came along and started off very slim-looking to me but seem to lose each week, so I'd say yes!! Again, it's those that eat more who lose more, even if you've not got a lot to lose.

  • Blimey.

I have just eaten the most to die for, totally fantastic rice pudding.

Don't get me wrong, I love Marions breakfast rice ... but this was REAL rice pudding.

As usual, I only used one of my 2 A choices today (green day) served between the two of us, this is free (+ 1 HA)

    so...

    2oz pudding rice
    4tbsp sweetener
    1 pint semi skimmed milk

2 hours at 160 deg. stir after first 30 mins.

it just felt sooooooooooo naughty :D

  • Good Morning all! :hello:

Today is another green day for me, and I am planning my menus for the next few days - I love thinking about food :rotfl:

B - 0% greek yog with strawberries and blueberries, tea (milk HA)

I can aleady feel the munchies coming on, so I will raid the fuit bowl in a minute :)

L - Jacket potato with masses of sweetcorn, grated cheddar (HA) and a giant salad. muller for after, maybe fruit too (I am in a hungry mood today  )

D - On my lonesome tonight as OH is in town for a big award ceremony - so huge pile of SW chips is in order with a pork steak (HB) and couple of fried eggs. May even make some of marions rice for pud as a treat if I am feeling sad or lonely :o

.. and I shall definately have a glass of wine (6 syns) AND I have another B choice to use - If I don't munch it before hand, I shall have some bread and spread (B and syns) and have a chip butty at teatime :A this is a great 'diet' :rotfl:
