Though don't be just taken in by the sausages - you have to try the syn free burgers mmmmmmmmm and they sell syn free sausage meat which you can make meatballs from and on EE i am guessing you can have with a big ol pile of sketti!DFW since JAN 2009 - 2014 will be the year i finally clear debtsJust to see which month

Greetings All!! Congratulations to everyone who is losing weight WOOO!! isnt it amazing! however I have to say some of my friends are getting a little annoyed with me Wooping around over having lost some weight, but its just such a big deal for me! especially after packing in the fags last year, So im off to try on my bridesmaid dress on saturday and decide on the final date I can have alterations done before the wedding in August... (my sister is getting married and I am 'maid of honour' and the only person in my entire family who isnt a size 10. JOY. but my sister let me pick the dress myself so at least I dont have to wear a skinny girls idea of a nice dress, haha.
I have a few questions...
One of my friends just got me some treats in for when we all have a big dinner next week when I told him I was doing my slimming, he said his sister does slimming world and she told him to get in... Sugarfree rowntrees jellys and Weight Watchers toffee icecream things? does anyone know the syns for these? because if theyre not too bad I fully intend to eat them!
What is marions rice?
Can I have the recipie for baked bean lasagne? as I could make that for my 1 - SW meal Ive never had before (I have beans and pasta in!)
2 - 15 mins excersize - I will help sand a floor at the weekend!
3. Buy and eat a piece of fruit you have not had for ages!
Ill find something im sure by next tuesday!
4 - target... erm to lose more weight! and to continue being happy!!!!"A Peakcock that sits on its tail feathers is just another damn Turkey' - Dolly Parton

To keep things fresh i want to set everyone a challenge (and myself) as you achieve each one you can copy and paste the list and put cross through or write done on it.
Challenge runs from Wed 25th March to Tue 24th March! and is fitness and diet based! - make sure you tell us what you did to meet the challenge criteria
1. Cook a SW meal you have NEVER had before!
2. Do 15 mins EXTRA exercise in addition to what you normally do!
3. Buy and eat a piece of fruit you have not had for ages!
4. Add your own personal target for the week here.
What a great idea - I would like to do this too
1. Easy, as I have only just started SW. So it's SW chips for me!!!!!
2. Toning DVD, which I haven't done in ages
3. Not sure yet - will have a look when I go shopping and pick something then
4. Lose at least 1lb0
