I got my Joe's order yesterday. Obviously the sausages/burgers are free on Red or EE, but how could you syn them (or know what weight to use as a B choice) on green.
Any ideas? Consultant?0 -
A challenge for this week:
To keep things fresh i want to set everyone a challenge (and myself) as you achieve each one you can copy and paste the list and put cross through or write done on it.
Challenge runs from Wed 25th March to Tue 24th March! and is fitness and diet based! - make sure you tell us what you did to meet the challenge criteria
1. Cook a SW meal you have NEVER had before!
2. Do 15 mins EXTRA exercise in addition to what you normally do!
3. Buy and eat a piece of fruit you have not had for ages!
4. Add your own personal target for the week here.DFW since JAN 2009 - 2014 will be the year i finally clear debtsJust to see which month

This is a really good idea natalie....not sure if il fit the meal in this week, but il have a look thru my books & mags to find something but might be next week!
I normally do nothing...:o so maybe a walk around the block on saturday. I actually have a day off work!
I eat all sorts of fruit all the time, il pop to tesco later & look for something interesting! A dragon fruit! I am welsh afterall!
Target for this week, 1lb, that silly half pound that went on last week & another half to get me my half stone award in 4 weeks. That would be good!0 -

This is my first week with SW I am doing EE and have joined Body Optimise on line, I had my weigh in today and I have lost 5lbs in this, my first week....yipppeeeee0 -
