Hi my shopping list is , eggs ,potatoes ,fresh herbs , veg stir frys , fruit , mulliers, small wholemeal loaf , chicken , pasta, cooked meats, beans ,fish , skimmed milk ,fresh veg , pop , quash .
To save money i buy fresh herbs from the reduced section in the shop and freeze them also spices like chillie for currys .
I also buy a small loaf and put two slices of bread in little freezer bags , i do this to the hole loaf , and then i take out one bag a day , i do the same with wholemeal rolls , i'm not tempted to eat extra .
TODAY IV'E HAD ON E/E
2 slices of wholemeal with egg mayo on ( 1 h/b )
shape yogurt
lunch
homemade red pepper & carrot & potatoe soup
potatoe wedges and homemade houmous
MILK for drinks ( 1 h/a
dinner
homemade cottiage pie0 -

Oh right, I will double check tonight but our consultant told us 3 slices of WW malted danish was one HEB, which is why i buy that rather than standard 400g loaf as you only get 2 slices of that.You can stand there and agonize........

I've just made the sw 'doritos' with lasagne sheets _pale_
It wasnt so mach the taste but the texture, never again.

Thanks Peachy, nervous about going back as I'll really have to stick to red days (I've lived on pasta and 'green days for so long my body needs a shock) but I struggle with them. Would like to lose a stone for my friends wedding on 7th Nov, then 2 stone min by Xmas. Hmmmm!0

1 CAN CHICKPEAS
4 GARLIC CLOVES
1 TSP PAPRIKA
FRESH PARSLEY ,CORIANDER ,MINT LEAVES
1 LEVEL TBSP TAHINI PASTE ( I DIDN'T HAVE ANY )
200G LOW FAT YOGURT
Drain & wash chickpeas , place in food processor & blend for a few seconds .
peel and crush garlic , add to blender with the tahini paste ( i did'nt use any )paprika ,parsley , mint , coriander & yogurt blend it all until smooth
free on green day if not using tahini paste or 1 1/2 a serving , serves 4 , if you do .
WOULD THIS BE FREE ON E/E0 -
