I wonder if anyone can help me ,?
I have just been on the sw site and looked at the recipes ,
I have found a "spicy apple cake" recipe but it contradicts itself .
It says , cut into 8 portions.
INFORMATIONUnless stated, for Extra Easy count the lower Syn value.
5 Syns on Green choice
5 Syns on Original choice
5 Syns on Extra Easy
Serves 4
so I dont know if its to make into 8 or 4 @ 5 syns each
5 syns
Hmm I look at it that it's 5 syns for 2 slices??:j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0 -
Can I ask, does everyone here go to a SW class? I did SW about a year ago but got fed up with the classes (and I tried a few in the area). I really want to lose weight and wonder if anyone does SW and just gets support from this forum? I've bought the latest magazine and am a bit confused by the extra easy thing but I really want to give it a try.:j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0

And Buderim crystallised ginger nibbles: 79cal per 25g serving, less than 1g fat TIA if you can help, promise not to ask any more favours....todayNew start JAN15 - NOT BUYING IT 2015 . I will be starting back at class tomorrow because however hard I try I can't do it on my own - I cheat in a small way then it goes down hill. They do say that 90% of members who don't stay to the class (i.e. weigh and go or do it themselves) never reach target.0

Thanks everybody! Good luck at class Skint_Catt, I wouldn't be able to do it on my own either. I always stay to class although it can get a little boring at times! Do you guys notice in class that there are always one or two people who dominate the conversation during the session? They want to discuss everything they have and have not eaten and how they felt and thought at the time. Poor old consultant trys to move on to someone else but some members don't let go of the limelight very easily:rotfl: Meanwhile the rest of us are sitting in our semi circle trying not to fall asleep :rotfl:When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0

Cut up beef and seal in a pan using Frylight
in the slowcooker I used
passata
1 can of chopped tomatoes
yellow pepper
carrots
celery
swede
leeks
onion
garlic
and threw in some left over cauliflower and broccoli
and left it to cook!
It was really nice and I also used my other A choice H/E and put 1 oz of cheddar on top.
Or just use whatever is looking a bit pathetic at the back of the veg drawer in your fridgeYou can stand there and agonize........

wow marion that is an amazing weight loss :j
I think affirmations are so important for weight loss ,
I found a great one on youtube that I watch,
basically you repeat it to yourself everyday.
have you got a link to the affirmation on youtube? thanksMum of 7 (aged 14y to 1y)
