Does anyone know how to calculate your club ten? Its not been written in my book for some reason

I'm having a good week so far, dp got me a huge bit of gammon from the butchers on saturday, it was lovely. Never tried it before.

Well done all you losers, your all doing great by the sounds of it :j

Change your starting weight into pounds - for example 140 lbs (I wish!!!) x 10% = 14lbs so deduct that from your starting weight = 126 lbs and multiply it up into stones and pounds = 9 stone and that will be your club 10.

  • I could do with some tofu ideas too - I have a couple of cartons of tofu in the cupboard that I have no idea what to do with - never even tried it before and no idea why I bought it in the first place! LOL

my essential shopping items are eggs, shape lasting satisfaction yogurts (free), choc mullerlights, couscous, choc alpen light bars and sachets of porridge for microwave (porridge or eggs are the only brekkies that keep me going till lunch) - I also like to have in some savoury rice, pasta n sauce and pasta mugshots for an emergency snack/lunch.

loving SW - 5st off and counting! :j
