redbull - all I can tell you is that Quark is free on all plans.

Did anyone on here know about the readymels SW was trialling? Has it definately died a death? I'd love to try it. Though it sounded quite expensive they would be useful for a quick meal. Anyone tried the calorie controlled dishes from Wiltshire foods for this reason?

    Evening all :)

I've had a good day, discovered that Weight Watchers vanilla yoghurt has only 50 calories per pot (so I would imagine is free) and tastes a lot like custard! that'll be brilliant on mince pies at Xmas!

I've had a lot of yummy food today:

Breakfast - bitesize shredded wheat and mullerlight, plus an apple mid morning
Lunch - left over quorn pasta from last nights dinner
Dinner - Salmon with brocolli, jacket potato and peas

Syns - half a kinder beuno bar and a mini tesco version of Bounty

    I feel brill!

I copied this last year and tried it in my SC and it was lovely:

Cut up beef and seal in a pan using Frylight
    in the slowcooker I used
    passata
    1 can of chopped tomatoes
    yellow pepper
    carrots
    celery
    swede
    leeks
    onion
    garlic
and threw in some left over cauliflower and broccoli

    and left it to cook!
It was really nice and I also used my other A choice H/E and put 1 oz of cheddar on top.

Or just use whatever is looking a bit pathetic at the back of the veg drawer in your fridge :)

I like beef, but not sure if I fancy seal :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
