Mmmmmm that was extremely good :j and i never expected it to work at all!!!
This is what i did for the sauce, i beat 2 eggs into some quark and fromage frais mixed, added salt and black pepper add 1oz of extra mature cheddar per person (HEB) beat it together and poured it over the lasagne, then baked it in the oven at gas mark 5 till it was browned and the pasta was cooked. ( i use quorn mince and just make bolognese sauce out of it ( bulk cooked and then frozen in portions) then just layer it with the lasagne sheets and pour the cheesy stuff on top. Hope this helps.

Yeah this works pretty well, silken tofu is also great for making 'cheese'cake too! Very low fat cheesecake at that!
you can also buy a dairy free cheese sauce mix which would prob be free as it is only 26 calories per 100 grams and you only need 2 teaspoons to make a sauce. It is really nice, not cheesey as such, but quite creamy.0
