Hi ollyredcat , i add them to home made soup to make it creamy , great in red pepper & butternut soup or add on top of tuna bake , or put in side chicken breast .
I put a slice in the side of a chicken breast ,mix in some fresh herb in the laughing cow , put into the slit of the chicken , then wrap bacon or parma ham around chicken, then bake .

Wow! I just put my laughing cow on ryvitas. I never thought of doing all that with them. Yum!

    Hi all!
I've been off and on the last couple of motnhs but now I'm finally back on!
I bought a bundle of SW mags and reading the march/april one the other day really struck a cord with me like no other has.
Apart from the girl on the front cover being the same dress size as me at the start and now fits into a size 10!
There is a man in ther who has lost 15 STONE!!!!! thats my weight! (well +2lb :o)

Went back to WI yesterday after missing a week and i was quite pleased to find I'd only put on 1/2lb, but I have been back on plan since Sunday so maybe that helped.

I'm just cooking a HM beef curry atm, all ingredients are free, I'm following EE, the recipe is just made up as I go along! :rotfl:

Why do I always start off so well then have things go crap on me?! I lost 5lb last week and felt amazing, this week I've been a bit under the weather and been craving all the naughty things and some. Today I've been terrible eating ready made sarnies, chocolate biccies, far too much cereal and a cheese toastie for dinner.....now after a crap day at work I could murder a beer, argh!

I really need to get my head in gear and stay on track once I get on it, instead of getting on and falling off over and over again. No wonder my blood pressure is high for someone my age, sigh.

I'm not expecting a loss this week and if anything will be amazed if I havent gained anything back.

Has anyone had little hiccups like this and managed to get through them? I really want to lose a stone by Xmas but feel I'll never manage it at this rate, help!

  • Hi all

I had my second weigh in yesterday and am pleased to say i lost another 1 ½ pounds. That's 3 ½ pounds so far !! I'm so pleased because i had a tough week this week and as a result i comfort ate a few times. However i ate free foods, super free foods and low syn foods and this seems to have resulted in a weight loss rather than a weight gain.

Well done to everyone else who's lost this week too. We're actually doing it and should be proud!!

P.s can anyone tell me how to show my stats at the botom of my posts? Thanks

    els x

Liz3yy, I am sure we all have times when we lose it and have to get back on track - I know I do. Then I try to plan my meals and give myself a fresh start next day.

As long as the general trend of your weight is downwards, a little hiccup now and again is understandable, and you are doing so well otherwise! Don't let one bad day sabotage all your hard work.

    When is your WI, btw?
