Hi:hello: , hello evereyone great to see so many new people and its great to see lots of the people i know on here still , this thread is so good and is a great life line to many , i tell all my freinds about the thread and many come on to get uplifted when there feeling down or thinking its to much of a struggle sometimes and just reading your messages brings them on .:T:T:T
So can i ask a big favor can i please come back as i'm starting to slip & i need to get back to being focused , i hav'nt weighed for quit a while and my clothes are getting tite :eek:, i'm putting a line under my problems ( family& grown up children ) and going back to putting some time back for myself .
So starting today i'll start back on plan and come monday morning i'll get weighed and go from there , iv'e started by ordering my burgers & sausages , chicken from joe's sausages syn free , can't wait they smell and taste great and iv'e got the new mag x0 -

Hi linda and catt :beer: , thanks for the lovely welcome. Well done taffy thats a great loss :j. I have a question, what do you do with the HEB 5 laughing cow extra light?? I spread them on lots of celery and munch them through the evening or freeze and grate them and put them on my jackets. Any ideas welcome . x ollystopped smoking 4th jan 09

I put a slice in the side of a chicken breast ,mix in some fresh herb in the laughing cow , put into the slit of the chicken , then wrap bacon or parma ham around chicken, then bake .0 -

i just joined last week and am really pleased that after getting weighed last night i had lost 3 1/2 pounds. i'm finding the diet really easy sticking to mainly green days.0 -
