The menu I gave up above was a example of mixing green / red free food.

If I was having that I would have lots of veg with it.

I just want to know if you can mix them like that , cos my friend said I would have to have the salmon as a HEB .

I am sure I have read it right and just wanted to know what others think ?

I can't see a problem with it. It's anything free on red or green. If I was at your house for the day and that was the EE food plan, I wouldn't question it (apart from, as I said earlier, the super free!) so I think your friend may well have misunderstood the plan.

I'm sure Consultant31 will be around later to confirm, but I think your right, and if you're wrong, I've been messing up for months! :D

I'm guilty too then of not following the EE plan properly, oops. I thought you could eat what you wanted but only have 1 HE a and b each day!

Someone mentioned a while ago that their consultant used to say "start the day the Slimming World way" which I think means that at least you can start off on the plan even if you fail later and then start afresh again the following day.

However, I was wondering if you start the day on the plan and then by teatime are scoffing chocolate and crisps etc won't this mean that you will have consumed more calories for that day than you would if you just ate the things you normally do?

    I hope you know what I mean!:o
