What days do you prefer laura - red or green (or Extra Easy)?
For brekkie on green you could have cooked pudding rice mixed with yoghurt or poached/fried egg & baked beans.
On red I usually have bacon & mushrooms or some crunchy bran cereal.
Lunches I tend to stick with salads on a red day (with chicken or prawns) and on green I love my savoury rice or mugshots.
Green dinners can be pretty much anything (anything you'd make with meat can be done with quorn mince or chunks - both free) but I love my pasta, baked beans & cheese as a real comfort food dinner!
Red dinners are usually meat/fish/chicken with a HEb jacket potato and free veggies.

Laura I love Chilli Con Carne with rice for dinner or you could always fill up with SW chips with egg and beans. Bolognese is always good with pasta too. I usually have a big salad with egg for lunch or a salad sandwich using the bread as a HE. Baked potatoes are always delicious and you can put beans with them or a salad with HE cheese.0

thank you for your ideas, i'll try and be more adventurous!
i find green days easier but i like to try and have a mix of green days and red days. I might try the extra easy some more and see if that helps!0 -

I have just rung SW and have been told they no longer sell books over the phone and that I have to go along to a meeting.
They aren't taking into account the people who can't attend meetings for whatever reason and I think this is just going to make people buy from Ebay instead.0 -
WI last night, and put on a pound. Disappointing but not entirely unexpected as I really hadn't stuck to it for the last couple of weeks. Back to the plan today and determined to stick to it.0

Hi guys.
Can i please slink back in and sit at the back?
I followed this thread a while back and it was an absolute godsend - and I am now back on the wagon.
I can't get to any classes local to me due to my working hours, but I may join online - I need to look into it.
In the meantime I got weighed last Saturday so I am almost one week in and Im so glad to have taken control again.
I had my favourite for dinner last night SW chips, beans and a poached egg with loads of vinegar! Mmmmmm..
Its great to see people still here that were here last time - well done for staying the course!:TYou can stand there and agonize........

I get fed up with eating the same thing for meals too - esp lunches cos I still miss white bread sarnies - sometimes I try to do a week or few days out the latest magazine to give me a change and diff ideas
also if you manage to keep aside leftovers from the night before they make nice lunches - we had chilli and rice (from the extra easy cookbook - yum with a tin of baked beans added as well) for tea one night - it fed all 8 of us and there was a portion leftover which I had with a jacket spud the following lunch

loving SW - 5st off and counting! :j0
