had a real boost cos I got my 3 stone award at class tonight! :j
totally wasn't expecting it as I've really struggled this week after my m/c but it has made my day and given me an incentive to keep on track this coming week
the front of my book is now full so will have to aim for getting my next award to make a start on the back coverMum of 7 (aged 14y to 1y)

Been really good today as I had a little treat yesterday (6 bourbons with a whacking 20.5 syns!!!!) I'm normally a good girl but thought, why not. I was feeling hormonal and needed a choc fix, and as I'm vegan they are the most naughty thing I can eat!
I have had a free day except a tablespoon of red pesto in my dinner which is 2.5 syns, so I've made up for my splurge! ISW!

Morning All,
I have been really good all week right to the bitter end but I am now officially on holiday and witout going mad intend to enjoy myself then i have 3 weeks till i have weekend away so on tuesday when i am back i will be back on.
I wish you all luck and best wishes for the week ahead. Well done all you slimmer and i shall be back on it asap.

I've just found out that weight watchers dersert flavoured yogurts (with the exception of red fruit cheese cake flavour which is ½ a syn) are freeee!!!! They are really nice too.

I managed to stick to SW yesterday and am quite pleased with myself as I usually cheat in the evenings!
Trouble is that Im coming up to that time of the month and so Im going to be extra hungry now until about this time next week.I get hungry and get cravings for sweets and alcohol and carbs so im going to find it hard to keep going for the next week.
For breakfast Ive had 28g Kellogs sustain but Ive been hungry all morning. I didn't eat anything else because Ive been quite busy but by the time it got to 11.00 I was ready to kill someone because I was so hungry (does anyone else get like this at the time of the month?). So Ive treated myself to egg chips and beans! (SW chips of course). Its the first time ive made SW chips and they're lovely! Taste just like normal chips to me! I think I shall eat them like this forever. Why have the full fat version if they taste the same?
Im having chilli con carne later which is nice and filling. However, if I want it the SW way then I need to make it without the olive oil and DD2 won't be best pleased as this is one of her favourite foods! I may make half with olive oil and half the SW way. This is my main trouble - I have to cook differently for the rest of my family. Hubby likes fryups and roast dinners and DD1 likes roast dinners, pizzas and ham and cheese toasties.
I was looking at SW online but can't find the books for sale. Can you only get them if you're a member? I bought one last year from the website. Its not fair because Im a bit agoraphobic and shy and can't go to a group (believe me I certainly don't mind paying the £9.50!) and yet its £80 to join online!!!:eek:

Today i thought id have a little variety with my Jacket spud and Beans for lunch! I found quorn syle ham which i planned to cut up and add to my lunch! Biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig mistake! That stuff is waaaaay kacky!! (as my DD would say!) Filed under "B" :0((0
