Hi, just wanted to say Yeo Valley do a fat free yog which has no artificial sweetener in it, and Sainsbury's own diet drinks don't use aspartame.

    Liz3y - amazing!! Well done.

Thanks Fernliebee, i'll have a good look around when im next in the shops. Thought I woud give it a go instead of quorn.

Yeah I really like it, but the smoked one is much nicer than the plain one. I like to marinade it or grill/ frylight it first before adding it to dishes. It isn't as nice as quorn as it stands, but once prepared it is nicer imo. I like to grill thin slices of it and have it in a sandwich with a tiny bit of brown sauce. Yum!

I'm vegan, so don't eat quorn as it has egg in it, however when I was just veggie and did eat it, I found it would bloat me a lot, as does white bread/ pasta. Brown bread and pasta I'm fine with though.
  • Well Done :T

    Hi everyone,
I went away this weekend and it involved lots of beer and non'slimming world food.
I always go with the best of intentions but never manage to organise my self food wise and so sucumb to what everyone else is eating...oh well.
So, I've yet to eat anything so far today but plan to get back on track..when I can motivate myself!

Hi everyone , I just had a small kids wrap from sainsburys with egg and salad , followed by strawberrys and yogurt .

    The yogurt's called sainsburys "lights"
they are exactly the same nutritional value as the mullerlights,
    and are the same size.
They taste amazing at only 3 for £1 :D.
    Kindness costs nothing :)
