Extra Easy:
1: Choose your Free Food
Anything that’s Free Food on Green OR Original – so that’s pasta, rice, potatoes, lean meat, poultry, fish and all the Superfree food – is totally Free on Extra Easy! Yes, you can eat unlimited meat, potatoes and veg, fish, chips and mushy peas, and chicken curry and rice with no measuring, no weighing, no counting – no kidding!
And for super-fast, super healthy results, fill one third of your plate with Superfree Food!
2: Choose your Healthy Extras
Each day select one Healthy Extra ‘a’ choice and one Healthy Extra ‘b’ choice from our simplified list of calcium and fibre-filled foods, including milk, cheese, bread and cereal.
3: Enjoy 5-15 Syns each day
And if the Syn values for Green and Original foods are different on the standard Syns lists, count the lower one!
If you find your weight loss has slowed down or stopped, check………
1. Whether everything you're counting as Free, is Free
2. Whether you're under-estimating Syn values (over-estimate if guessing)
3. Whether you're counting everything that should be counted
4. Whether you're measuring everything that should be measured
5. Whether you're sabotaging your success in any other way (using SAS logs will help uncover individual long-term self-sabotage patterns) and, if none of these is the culprit, either...........
A: increase the proportion of Superfree Foods to half of your plate
OR
B: switch to more Speed Foods
And above all, if you follow the plan, any plan, 100% you will lose weight!
Hi, sorry for sounding totally dense but I having done slimming world on and off for several years this EE seems too good.
I have been looking at the link for recipes and just wanted to check the ones that have been posted for yonks and says only free on green day etc I can now eat freely when im doing a EE day?
My problems is im always always hungry and thats why I like slimming world I dont feel like im starving myself but can I run by a typical day to check under EE that im doing it right.
Breakfast: Either cereal or fruit mixed in muller light youghurt
Lunch: Baked Potato and homemade quice
Dinner: Gammon Joint, Baked Potato and veg
Snacking on fruit or low fat yogurt, but due to me always feeling hungry
later on (dont go to bed till 12, never tired before) i have a pasta n sauce or
batchelors savory rice. is this alright0 -

I made the classic chicken curry from the Curry book tonight. It was nice but a bit watery and weak. Anyone else made this? I wondered what I could add to it to give it more body?
Ive made the sweet and sour recipe from the SW Free foods cookbook and this is very tasty, which is why I wanted to try the curry. Its so disappointing though that it was so weak.0 -

This sounds fine but do try to have lots of variety within your daily diet. If you find that your weight loss is very slow, SW recommend that you try to have a third of your plate filled with superfree foods. This will have the added benefit of filling you up as well as helping the weight loss.
Don't forget that you can only have 1 HEA and 1 HEB which (of course) must be weighed/measured carefully!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
I was looking on Ebay at the Slimming World books and there are quite a few 2009 starter packs for sale. Theres also someone selling the starter packs on cd in the form of a pdf file which she has made herself. Surely this is illegal? Its one thing to sell a starter pack or cookbook that you no longer want but to create a cd from these and sell this seems to be a money making thing to me.
It is and if they are reported to SW, they will take action, but of course it can be a long, slow business!
For anyone wanting a 2009 pack, please don't be tempted by eBay - they are far too expensive. It would cost £9.50 for you to join a group, get all the books you need to start you off and a proper introduction to the plans from a Consultant.......tons better value than eBay!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
