Well done 5lbs is amazing.you must have been an angel.
I hope you have another great week.

That's just it, I wasn't! I had a day of flexible syns whilst we had a friend to stay. That was my first proper week on plan for a long time so I doubt I'll get the same results again this week but you ever know!

    I feel brill!

I've been staying with my parents for the last week. Although they understand the plan, I couldn't expect them to change their shopping routine and the way they eat just for me. I took some basic supplies with me and I have been sensible in what I've eaten. We've had a couple of 'treats' and a meal out, but I've lot 3lb! It's ages since I lost that amount in a week. I'm usually a steady-away 1lb-a-week girl!

It's a real boost as I feel recharged from my break but not got a holiday hangover, so to speak! :p

    have a good week peeps
does anyone know about Total Greek yogurt zero fat
is it free or does it have a syn factor?
    thanks

    Total 0% is free.

The others in the Total range do have syns, so make sure you get the right one!
  • Im going to try teh Ricotta and spinch cannelloni receipe tonight thats featured in this months magazine. Anyone else made it yet? any advise for me?
  • I'm so glad I found this thread! I joined SW 4 weeks ago - lost 3 pounds in my first week, but have been ill for the past 2 weeks so haven't been back. Unfortunately this has meant I haven't stuck to the plan, so am dreading going back on Wednesday. I've previously lost about 2 stone on SW so I know it works and just need a bit of a push to keep going!

    Afternoon all :)

I'm being good again today -

I had 28gm of honey nut shredded wheat (dry, no milk) for brekkie and a slice of cheese (a bit random but I just fancied it!)

For lunch I had two quorn burgers in a wholemeal roll and a bowl of fresh pineapple, I'm still a little hungry so I have a potato baking in the oven which I'll have with some cottage cheese on top.

I've also just scoffed half a wispa gold, they are yummy!

I dont know what to cook for dinner? my other half said he wasnt bothered what we have so I was thinking of a pasta bake but with no cheese for my half. Or maybe a cannelloni? I cant decide!
