thanks might try the ryvita minis and cottage cheese - would be handy to remember if I'm out and need to buy lunch from supermarket etc - I normally get some chicken from the rotisserie and a prepack salad, or a pack of sushi, depending what day I'm on

has anyone else lost so much weight that their rings don't fit anymore? I'm slimmer now than I was when I got married and my rings are loose - they spin on my fingers. I still have around 3st to lose and I'm getting concerned incase they fall off and I lose them when I lose more weight. How can I keep them safe and still wear them or keep them with me?

    thanks :)

Hiya, my rings do this too. In the past when I have lost weight I have used sellotape or thread wound around the back of the band to make it a tighter fit, obv this is short term so you can keep on losing but then get them altered. It never felt uncomfy to me, and I wear my jewellery all the time, I never take it off.

    HTH.
  • Thanks babelfish - really appreciate your help :)
That's not too bad for a green day - definitely one for the emergency drawer at work

The menu I gave up above was a example of mixing green / red free food.

If I was having that I would have lots of veg with it.

I just want to know if you can mix them like that , cos my friend said I would have to have the salmon as a HEB .

I am sure I have read it right and just wanted to know what others think ?
    Kindness costs nothing :)
