I've got flu and really want to pig out  dp will be ordering his weekly chinese tonight, i dont know if i can stop myself, really want a loss this week though, only 3 pound to go to get my stone. I'm already dissapointed in myself and i havent had it yet!!
Oh, don't give up now - just imagine how you'll feel when you get that stone award! Have some chinese food but just don't pig out. Have a look in your books for the best options or check online, some Chinese food isn't too bad. Stay in control and choose carefully and you'll be fine.

Hope you feel better soon. Come on, now - you can do this!!

Thanks Inazuma, feeling really pleased with myself for actually sticking to it. I am a bit daunted TBH though, as I feel as though the losing is the 'easy' bit and I worry about maintaining it- as I can only stick to it by writing EVERYthing down, will I have to do this forever lol! :D

I only do green days so that makes it a bit 'easier' in my mind- less to remember :) and I don't drink now either so less syns to worry about (last time I did it, I regularly drank and this was my downfall TBH)

You are right and losing the weight is indeed, the 'easy' bit. However, with commitment and planning, maintaining can be done.

When you get to terget you will be advised to add an extra HE each day (so 5 a day instead of 4) for a couple of weeks. If you find you're still losing weight, then you can add another one until you find the balance.

I have members in my group who have been at target for several years now, but without exception, the best maintainers are the ones who still come to group regularly (most come every week). They are the mainstay of our group, it's their 'me' time and we're all so proud of them.
I find that they have a very positive effect on the members who struggle.

I can't find them either, but a mini bag is 3 syns if that helps.

    Evening all,

I've fallen off the wagon for the umpteenth time and am feeling somewhat annoyed with myself. I've been feeling rotten today and had to drive my partner into town for a course when I really wanted to stay in bed. We talked each other into having lunch in Pizza Hut, wooops!

I think I have a cold or flu coming on and I know I always crave crap when I'm sick. Does anyone have any tips for eating healthy when you're under the weather and cant be arsed to cook?
