    Hi everybody

I just joined Slimming World last night and really excited to get started.
Hubbie and I are going shopping tonight to stock up on some FREE food.

Just wondering if somebodies got some advice for me, please?
I tend to get headaches from sweeteners and I really do like my sweet coffee. Is there maybe somebody out there that has got a similar issue and what product do you use if there is an alternative instead of using sugar (I'm trying not to use any unneccessary SYNS). I also know I can't eat Mullerlight, which is really annoying since that would have been a real treat. Is there maybe a different yoghurt that is also SYN FREE or any ideas that might be helpful.

    Hope somebody can help.

Good luck also to everybody out there.

Hi - my suggestion would be to have Yeo Valley fat free yogurts; they don't have any sweetener in them at all (check out their website if you need more info). I try not to have too much aspartame myself, it makes my skin itch!
  • Hello All!

I am a former S.W member who has sinned! Many, many times!
I have not attended a class since January and cannot find my small booklet that gives advice on mixing red and green.

BUT i do want to get back into the habit of a more healthy lifestyle so I shall read this thread from start to finish over the next few days but I was wondering if anyone could provide me with an up-to date list of all the cereal bars that are listed as a health extra.
I dont eat much in the way of breakfast during the week and thought I could take one of these too work as a snack instead.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Skint!! But hey, L:heartpulsves FREE!!

  • Hi there

Astonsmummy I can't seem to eat mullerlight yogurts since as soon as I've eaten one I get headaches and I'm guessing it could be the sweeteners in them that my body is just not liking.
I absolutely love shopping at Morrisons but I'm in Bournemouth and there is no Morrisons nearby. Which is a real shame.

Inazuma I will defintely try the Yeo Valley fat free yogurt.

Thanks you both so much for your help.
