The marmite cheese could be used as an A but you would have to weigh out the 28g, I think they're a bit smaller than that though. It is just cheddar with marmite added (which is free anyway)
  • Thanku consultant .... so 1 third has to be superfree? do i have to have a third original and third green on my plate too? And if i snack in between, does it have to be superfree foods? if not, and i am allowed 'red' green' snacks, do i have to have a third superfree foods too? also at meals, do i have to have both original and green choices to make the meal plan exta easy? or can i change occaisionally? sorry so many questions and hope that i make sense..
  • Ah found the mugshot its 2 syns. Not sure if the marmite is added, i ate them all and threw the packet away  It was worth it though! They were really nice so was just wondering for next time!

This wouldn't be free on any plan - the meringue nest has syns, but of course the fruit would be free on all plans.

Sorry I thought that was obvious as you had already said meringue was 3 syns (iirc) what I meant was rather than waste a HEB or syns on tinned fruit you could have fresh fruit instead for free, iyswim.

Just realised I sounded a bit snotty in this post, I didn't mean it to be, just meant I thought I had made it obvious when I hadn't really! :D

You could have a cup of milky coffee or some old-fashioned cocoa before bed.

Redbull08 - be careful with the banana shakes - they should be synned!

Mmmm, the cocoa sounds yummy! I don't have caffeine either so couldn't have coffee (is there anything I do have! :D ) But cocoa sounds like a really good idea, might make some tomorrow eve before bed. Thanks!

Sorry to jump in, but I think what the Consultant31 meant is that fruit in the blender needs to be synned. If you aren't eating the fruit in it's original state, it has to be synned. This was a topic a couple of weeks back.
Whether you are using milk from a HE-A or synning it, the banana needs synning too!

Agh went to weigh in yesterday and had put on half pound, but have been in hospital so guess I can allow myself this little slip.

Anyway, I saw the password for this week and have now forgotten it  saw the following on offer at Ocado website and wondered what the syn values are?

    Uncle Ben's Bacon & Mushroom Risotto (250g)
    Uncle Ben's Chicken & Mushroom Risotto (250g)

Anyone help me please. TIA. :D
