Hi, your menu looks fine, just want to check tho how many laughing cow you had for your HEA? i think you can have around 5 for light and 6 for extra light (dont have my book to hand) it looked like you only had one so wasnt sure.If you only had one then you might not have to syn that wee bit of milk.
I also couldnt see a HEB? I try and make sure I always have these to keep up my fibre and calcium. i also have at least 10 syns a day so I dont feel deprived and go off track. Your doing well though. And yes Extra easy is great and easy, so enjoy if it works for you.

    Hi,

I am into my first week of slimming world, have done it before, but not the extra easy...and it really does seam too easy..does anyone know if I am doing it righ?

Today I had: BF: Grilled bacon, poached eggs(2), crilled mushrooms and toms

Lunch: Jacket potato (big), tin of beans and laughing cow light (A HE)

Dinner: Jacket potato, tuna, ham , and salad with Helmens extra light (2 sins)
Also had a bit of milk in tea (2 sins), lots of fruit. A pack of walkers fries (4 sins)

I would not normaly have two Jackets in a day, as it gets borring, but had to work late, and had one in fridge ready, so had that before my head dissapeared in the buiscuit tin!!

I weighed in a day late and have lost another 2 lbs. im happy about that, but last night I was at my mums house and my sister and I were trying on our bridesmaid dresses for my other sisters wedding in 4 weeks. Mines a 12 (I fitted into in Jan ) I couldnt get the zip to close!! there was a 2 inch gap in the zip :o. My sister looks really worried now as we dont have money or time for alterations etc. I promised her Id fit into it.
Im heading in the right direction, I just hope it will be enough.
I found a SS plan in my drawer. It was a print out my first consultant gave us. Its mostly eating superfree foods, tuna, chicken and turkey. Its all red and green days. It also says to eat and orange or grapefruit befor brekkie  so ive started that today to see how I can get on.
im also going to have to get hula hooping in the Wii

Most meringue nests are around 3 syns. Tinned fruit would have to be a HEB, depending what you have.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

If you were having a meringue nest you could have fresh fruit like blueberries, strawberries and raspberries (so it is free on green), and then have sweetener sprinkled on top, or aerosol cream is only 0.5 syns for 2 level tablespoons, or some full fat milk from healthy extras so you don't have to syn it. Yummy! Your making me want it, but I don't eat eggs so no yummy meringue for me! :D Enjoy!

I have been really good this week, but I need to find a way to make sure I get my healthy extra A. I don't eat dairy so I would normally have porridge made with oat milk, but I find if I have porridge in the morn then I just want to eat allll day, so I just have fruit in the mornings. Maybe I should try having porridge as a snack in the eve, just don't think I could fit it in after dinner, and I really don't like 'fake' milk unless it is cooked into something. Hmmmm! Any ideas of things I could make with this milk allowance that doesn't use any syns or other HE's? I don't ask much do I? :D
