This plan is soooooooo good:D but i dont get how i can eat ie. 3 whole chickens :rolleyes:with fat & skin off if i want) & still lose weight??
    unlimited free foods etc
    what about calories?
i know it works ive been on it before im just saying i dont get it in theory?
  • Sorry another question!! I have joined online but I'm thinking I might have to join in person for the books and stuff (....I think my mum joined a year ago or so she might have the books...) I just can't get my head around eating unlimited spuds and pasta on the green days and still lose weight....does it really work?

Also on red days (lower carb??) you're still allowed unlimited fruit - surely they're full of carbs? Can you do this and still lose weight?

Also (sorry!!) if you're alternating green and red days (am I right in thinking this is what is done) surely you're gettin less carbs one day and LOADS of carbs the next??

Sorry for all the questions - trying to get my head round this...

    Morning guys

Does anyone know where you can buy those sugar free syrups for coffee you get in some coffee shops (Nero?)... and whether they have syns in? I can only find them online in America, and the shipping cost is ridiculous.

    :)

Well done all, some fab losses this week!!

Just wanted to tell you about the magic porridge!

    OMG, it was so yummy!!!
Just mixed a mullerlight (mandarin) with 28g porridge oats in a bowl & left in the fridge overnight.....in the morning nom nom nom, it was lovely, kept me full fo longer than porridge usually does. I really suggest you try it. I only found ou about this as we had a different consultant covering who suggested it to people who were STS to change things around a bit, surprising how many SW members hav 2 weatabix for brekkie, by alternating it a bit, with magic porridge for example, it can get your weight loss moving again!!

I reccomend you all try it! :j

    Kate

Does anyone know how many syns this Magic Porridge have. Havent got password this week to check myself as missed last two meetings due to having an operation. Hoping to get back to class this Friday though.

There are no syns in 'magic porridge' if you count the porridge oats as 1 HB & there are no syns in "ordinary mullerlights" (but you then need to have 1 scan bran to get your fibre quota)

but if you have to syn the porridge oats they are 5 syns per 28g
