Hiya, I lost 4lbs today meaning I have lost 13lbs in my first 2 weeks. I know the weight comes off quickly at first and will just get slower but it is a real boost, and a great start to give me some motivation.
I was just wondering if anyone knew how many syns were in a ritz cracker, probably loads because they are lovely!0 -

Just wondered if anyone could tell me what they do, I have 10 syns a day though most days have between 5-7 rather than the full 10. Today however I have had 15 syns (darn that cornflour I used in my dinner!!) Is it ok to have different amounts each day as long as it is within the 5-15 range or should I aim to stick to the 7-10 that I usually have to maintain consistency?0

Think of it as being allowed up to 105 syns per week. As long as you don't deprive yourself day to day in order to binge at the weekend, it's fine to spread them out as and how you like.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Thanks very much
but
whats a HEB
You're allowed 2 HEB (healthy extras from the B list) and 2 HEA (healthy extras from the A list). The lists are in your Food Optimising book.
The As give you your daily calcium and the Bs give you your fibre. Each are important for your health so please don't miss them out.
As for your question about the sandwich - it's highly unlikely that the Greggs one will be within the syn allowance. A regular shop bought sarnie is around 20+ syns. They often add marg, mayo etc etc.......I'd stick to your own if I were you and ignore your friend (sorry, no offence).I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Hi consultant 31
Did you hear anything back from head office about buying books online? I am coming to the end of the menu on the site, don't really want to repeat it, but can't get to a class until beginning of September so am going to struggle somewhat with what to eat for the next couple of weeks0
