Can I ask how you all cope with this?

Its only milk thats a problem.

But I like to use some for my cereal, then have a little for tea at work & then some for tea at home:confused:

Do you measure in the morning & take whats left after your cereal with you to work & then back home again?

Do you guess :o at work:confused:

How do you all cope with this one?

For me, its not problem. Since I don't drink tea or coffee, I just use the milk allowance on HE for the cereal I have in the mornings :D

I measure mine out in the morning and keep it in a jug in the fridge as for coping out of home. I try to drink black coffee if I can but if not I just adjust the milk I have left at home. So if Ive had two cups of tea Ill tip out roughly what I think two cups is from my jug.

5 Scan/Oat bran can be used as a HEB.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

If you measure out your daily allowance at home, you can then count a dash of milk in any other drinks at work etc as half a syn each I'm sure, Mrs E. Maybe Consultant can verify this.
