I know its a while ago but I just looked on the syns online (I got excited at eh thought of free egg mayo - I knew it would be to good to be true!) Although syns aren't bad.

Are you saying that its syn full because its Mature cheese and thats not on the HE list where as something like edam is on the HE list? Because I was just thinking this Kerry low low was reduced fat cheddar and hoping I could have 42g and not 28g ;@)

Thats the one.
Its also susposed to help with excess hair.
That's worrying that she's been given it as a first treatment. Use of that drug has not been fully tested for PCOS and NICE only recommends it when all other treatment (including weightloss and changing to a low carb diet) has been tried.I was born too late, into a world that doesn't care

I stumbled across the online food diary on the website last night and I'm giving it a go for the first time today.
I'm hoping writing it down online will help me stay on track.
Does anyone else use it?0 -

I don't use the online diary but I keep a very strict food diary every day. It is very easy to forget what you've had to eat and I think writing it down keeps you in line. It also gives you the option to look back at what you've been eating to make sure you are getting a good variety, allocated syns, HEs
I don't think my loss would have been as successfull as it is without keeping a diary.0 -
I've been really struggling to stay on plan. I have all the best intentions but then don't stick with what I've decided.
I'm hoping that cause I'm writing it down I won't be able to cheat and lie to myself, which is what I've been doing. It'll be there online...I found I could easily throw the paper ones away.
It would be great if they did a book that had food diaries in....0 -
Well, I started tonight.
I weigh 12 stone and 5lbs....how did that happen?!?
Anyway, I'm going to read all the literature in the morning and plan my day's meals.
I must say it all sounds complicated to a newbie. I'm sure you gett he hang of it easily enough.
I have two stone to lose. No time targets, but obviously the sooner the better!0 -
They're not sold on the website, you can only get them through the group/if you know someone who goes. or someone selling their second hand stuff, eg ebay. They are v.expensive on ebay though!
Just be really careful buying SW stuff from ebay - much better to go to class, even just for a couple of weeks to get the books and the hang of using them. Might cost a bit, but losing your money through iffy ebay sellers could cost even more!
