    Well, I started tonight.
I weigh 12 stone and 5lbs....how did that happen?!?
Anyway, I'm going to read all the literature in the morning and plan my day's meals.
I must say it all sounds complicated to a newbie. I'm sure you gett he hang of it easily enough.
I have two stone to lose. No time targets, but obviously the sooner the better!
I thought it sounded really complicated too.
I am veggie so I do Green days so I just stick to green. I tried extra easy but I do find green easier.
I started with 3 stone to lose 5 weeks agi, I am down 5 pounds and this was counting 2 weeks away where I gained 2.5 lbs. O a net of 5 lbs over 5 weeks is fine by me. I find I can eat loads and loads, not feel hungry and still lose weight.
I find the meetings brilliant for ideas etc and things I hadnt thought of.
Good luck and I am sure you will get into it really quickly.

    Well done :T

  • Started SW again last week. Went for the first WI on Tuesday night. They said i lost 3 1/2 pounds. But it wasn't until I got home, when I looked at the weights again, I've actually lost 4 1/2 lbs. Which is even better :D
  • Thanks for the tip, JillD. I'm mostly veggie so I'll give green a go to start with.
Don't know how to thank you (as in, the following suer has thanked JillD for this post, show me) but I do appreciate it.
Having left the metting a bit bombarded last night, I was thinking that I wouldn't even know where to start today! cheers
  • Where do you buy your Quorn products? the reason I ask is because I shop all over the place but the Quorn product are fairly limitied. When you look at the Quorn products on the SW web site there are loads but I never see them anywhere!

I'm not sure if this has been answered before but I can't get to classes so signed up online. I can't seem to access info on how to put together Red days or Green days - also can you go onto the slimming world website (ie get the password) if you do online. (never mind the majority of the above post!! - I worked out the menu planner) Still would like to know if there is any way to get on the SW website - thanks!!

    Any help gratefully received!!
