Had weigh in tonight. Lost 3lb. Woohoo. I'm so pleased. Only 1lb to go to get my 1st award. :-)0

Yay! WI this morn and I have lost 3lbs, making that 16lbs in 3 weeks. I'm down in to the next 'stone bracket' now which is always a boost. I have 2st 12lbs until I reach my initial target weight, and then another stone that I hope to eventually lose.
Just wondering too if anyone knows how many syns are in 'grassingtons, chicken style nuggets' I have a pack in the freezer from before I started dieting and wondered if I could have some with my dinner if they aren't too high.0 -
Hi all
Re-jigged the schedule, bit the bullet and joined a class this week :T.
Started on Wednesday and so far so good but I am out to lunch today and having looked at the menu of the venue have found they do a pasta arrabiata with grilled chicken pieces. I am doing Extra Easy this week so would this be OK ? Should I add a fews syns just in case they've used some oil?
Breakfast today was pineapple and strawberries with natural yoghurt and tea tonight I am using a recipe for a sausage one pot meal in the new SW magazone which is says is 3 syns. Haven't 'used' a HEb yet but have included skimmed milk as my HEa for use in tea and coffee.
Thanks0 -

These are the (easy) rules you need to follow:
Extra Easy:
1: Choose your Free Food
Anything that’s Free Food on Green OR Original – so that’s pasta, rice, potatoes, lean meat, poultry, fish and all the Superfree food – is totally Free on Extra Easy! Yes, you can eat unlimited meat, potatoes and veg, fish, chips and mushy peas, and chicken curry and rice with no measuring, no weighing, no counting – no kidding!
And for super-fast, super healthy results, fill one third of your plate with Superfree Food!
2: Choose your Healthy Extras
Each day select one Healthy Extra ‘a’ choice and one Healthy Extra ‘b’ choice from our simplified list of calcium and fibre-filled foods, including milk, cheese, bread and cereal.
3: Enjoy 5-15 Syns each day
And if the Syn values for Green and Original foods are different on the standard Syns lists, count the lower one!
If you find your weight loss has slowed down or stopped, check………
1. Whether everything you're counting as Free, is Free
2. Whether you're under-estimating Syn values (over-estimate if guessing)
3. Whether you're counting everything that should be counted
4. Whether you're measuring everything that should be measured
5. Whether you're sabotaging your success in any other way (using SAS logs will help uncover individual long-term self-sabotage patterns) and, if none of these is the culprit, either...........
A: increase the proportion of Superfree Foods to half of your plate
OR
B: switch to more Speed Foods
And above all, if you follow the plan, any plan, 100% you will lose weight!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

You could have a cup of milky coffee or some old-fashioned cocoa before bed.
Redbull08 - be careful with the banana shakes - they should be synned!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
fernliebee wrote: »If you were having a meringue nest you could have fresh fruit like blueberries, strawberries and raspberries (so it is free on green), and then have sweetener sprinkled on top, or aerosol cream is only 0.5 syns for 2 level tablespoons, or some full fat milk from healthy extras so you don't have to syn it. Yummy! Your making me want it, but I don't eat eggs so no yummy meringue for me!
Enjoy!
This wouldn't be free on any plan - the meringue nest has syns, but of course the fruit would be free on all plans.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Does anyone know if i can have marmite cheddar bites as healthy extra a? If so how many? And anyone know how many syns are in a creamy cheese mugshot?
I cant seem to find these 2 anywhere online xxBaby Thomas Jake 'TJ' is due 01.11.100
