Also another sweet dessert i like (again idea nicked off my sw friend) is

2 mini merenge nests 2 syns for both
    100% fat free greek yoghurt
add rasberries and blueberries and strawberries and a spoonful of sweetner , lovely refreshingly sweet dessert! :) x

just enjoyed a apple and a bananna , and i am finding it helpful to keep coming back to this thread reading through and writing what im eating lol , sorry if its annoying anyone! :) x

This is indeed a lovely pud, but may I ask where you get the meringues from because the smallest I've found (Asda) are 2½ syns each!
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

I want to eat a mini pizza tomorrow it should be 11 syns, can I knock 6 off if I use the cheese as my HEA?
Only two big facts are known for certain: you are on a large, spinning rock hurtling through lonely space at about 67,000 mph, and one day your body is going to die. Will a new pair of shoes really help? :p

    Hi
According to my consultant this is ok to do occasionally as it isn't always possible to cook from scratch BUT that is what slimming world are trying to encourage.
She specifically stated 6 syns as that is the average for a healthy a or b
