Hi all can I join in I go to a class locally and am a confirmed yo yo dieter for most of my life who wishes to kick the habit. I go to class and feel good when I leave and then life takes over and all of a sudden it is time for the class again and I just hope I have done well. Some weeks I loose a couple of pounds the next week I almost go on a mission to put it back on without thinking about it. I really need to get my head around it, considering setting myself a target or a reward system not quite sure what is best can anyone advise me otherwise.
Hope you all have a good loose this week you all sound as though you are really doing well. A bit fed up moneytree1 starting weight 16st 5 1/2

  • Oh dear I had a rough weekend syn wise, will have to be very very sensible over the next couple of days to try to claw it back. I do really like the free foods but struggling a bit with sweet things and wine. I think I could afford one or other but not both :( I'm also going to have to persuade DH to join in a bit, he's being a bad influence and I am unfortunately very easy to influence...

Tomorrow has to be a good day.

That said I do think I've lost some weight!! So the plan must be working

As predicted I put 3lbs on at WI last night :o

Less than I expected but it does show just how fast I would put the weight back on if I went back to my old habits.

Need to stay 100% on plan this week and try and get this shifted asap. Must do [STRIKE]some[/STRIKE] lots of exercise too. I do find the online food diary very useful, have more success finding accurate syns that way too.
