Hi, anybody feel like inspiring me? I am chugging away okay, but just feeling things wandering. Tonight I've just gone and eaten two bits of toast with butter because I'm hungry and just a bit sick of fruit. I think it's because I'm stuck. If I lose, I feel inspired and really able to go for it, but I have sts for two weeks now and am feeling a bit low about what to change to get going again. Plus I'm going on holiday on Friday and want to stay on track but feel it all slipping away from me...

Any tips? I have lost almost two stones and have a half a stone to go.

How about doing a challenge? There are a couple i've read about. The speed food challenge and the heb challenge.
I think i'm going to do the speed food challenge this week. I will be trying to have 10 (or as close to 10 as i can) speed or super speed foods every day. Hopefully it will give my weight loss a boost this week. I might do the heb challenge next week.

Or try exerimenting with new fruit and vegetables. Try buying something you have never tried before.

I had pasta in a veg and tomato and cheese sauce in Tesco cafe for lunch today. Any idea how many syns I should guess for that ? It would only be the cheese and any oil element of the pasta. It was a medium portion.

I was good though and left the garlic bread and had salad instead of chips :)

:cool2:Thank you, that is a good idea - it's easy to just keep on with the old faves, so I will try the speed foods challenge too. Let me know how you do. I am away until next Friday so will be doing it in the sunshine (I hope)

Just been trying to find some info about the challenges on the website. Is it just me or is it not very good?

I read about the challenges on a different forum. I don't know if they are on the website. Think people just make challenges for themselves then share them if they seem to work.

Challenges are made up by the consultants informally - they're not part of the SW plan!

This is a fab idea, are you doing all 10 as different foods or doubling up sometimes like 2 nectarines or 2 oranges etc?

    Hi All
I joined SW on Tuesday and I'm currently trying the EE plan, could someone tell me if I can have porridge as a HEB? I looked in my EE Book and it's not listed as one of the HEB items.
    Thanks
