Hi to all the new people :hello:
Sorry I couldn't find the recipes you wanted Bexilu but Batchelors Pasta n Sauces aren't all free. The following are free on green excluding the butter & milk:
Bolognese, Chicken & Mushroom, Chicken & Roasted Garlic, Chicken & Herb, Chicken Tikka Masala, Mushroom & Wine, Tomato Onion & Herb, Wholegrain Tomato & Basil.
Jenner I found this on the SW FAQ to answer your cooked fruit question:
"Q: Why are some fruits Free when raw, but have a Syn value when cooked, juiced or pureed?
A: While fruit in its natural form is bulky, filling and often time-consuming to eat, in cooked or liquidised form it is a very effective way of adding a lot of extra energy (calories) in a non-bulky and non-filling way. Consider eating an orange. Peeling, breaking up the segments and eating just one orange can be a lengthy process. Now think about the juice that orange would produce – it contains a similar number of calories, yet it’s gone in a gulp – in fact it takes 8 oranges to make a small glass of orange juice and it’s not filling in the slightest! It’s all about getting the most (optimum) satisfaction from your foods with Food Optimising. We count juiced and cooked fruit as Syns to protect your weight losses."
Hope this helps!SW since 23/07/2009Target Loss for 05/11/2009 = 33lbs/33lbs to go0 -

As long as you don't eat afterwards and perspire more than you consume in water whilst there you can only loose. I can loose over a kilo on a run through fluid loss temporarily.
Hi everyone by the way. I'm managing to cheat quite a lot and maintain at the moment during the holidays. I was expecting to pile on pounds. A week of syning followed by 2 days of EE and some vigorous exercise and i'm back with a STS. Hope it lasts till Autumn and you are all doing well.

Wow lost 2lb this week, was very pleased. I am really going to try hard this week. Although did have chocolate covered peanuts and a packet of cheese and onions crisps for my lunch. Naughty me, but they were nice.
I have bought a monthly pass at the gym so i am going to really abuse it and do everything they have on offer.
I have set my self a mini target to loose a stone this month, i have been doing SW for 12 weeks now and have only lost 9lb due to me not really sticking to it.

Good for you Smegs - I need to be tough with myself too! So far, so good for this week though. (fingers crossed for a STS this week).
Here's a thought - no one ever syns a weetabix do they? usually part of their HEB I guess - any ideas how many? I can look it up when I get home, just doing some 'wondering' at work!
