    And you can certainly make spaghetti bolognaise from the password I got on Monday and it is still valid!

    Thank you although i rang my consultant and she gave me another one but thanks for saying you had it too it makes you think some people on here assume your lying and i dont like that

    I'm on my second day of slimming world. I've already been on it a few times over the years.

    Does anyone know if there are any syns in tescos flavoured sparkling water? They are always on offer 3 for a quid i think. Cant find it anywhere on the website

    Crikey Ali - don't leave because one person who has only posted on this forum 12 times (and every post was a request for the password or a syn value since they "forgot" the password:rolleyes:)! That just makes one oversensitive person - just ignore it and stay with the forum. You know you want to:j.

    I know what you mean Raapunbird, I have had a few days off plan (again) due to wedding at the weekend (and for some reason Friday got caught up in there off plan too - much chocolate for me) but am back on it now.

    I thought that using the forum was going to help me be disciplined - you know, if I have to confess that I am not sticking to it, I thought I would feel more embarrassed (if that's the right word). Instead, most weeks I come on here and just freely confess that I have missed the plan in some way.

    I need to get a grip, although I am finding it difficult because every week throughout the summer I have a big event, like weddings, festivals etc and I intend to enjoy them all.

    Perhaps that's just me prioritsing other things over weight loss and maybe I am not as serious about it as I think I am. So far the only week I have actually lost anything was when I was very strict for the full 7 days, kept my syns to max of 10 a day and most days didnt use both my HEA's and HEB's. That week I felt hungry a LOT (despite eating loads), but saw results.

    This week I will:

    1) Stick to the plan for every day except Saturday (when the main syns will be wine)
    2) Keep daily syns to max of 10
    3) Throw in a couple of original days and see how they go

    I'm new to this whole thing, so I hope its ok if I join in???

    I have been doing sw for around 2 and a half months now and have lost 11lb.

    I have been following ee as I have found this to be by far the easiest for me.

    I cant believe how much your actually allowed to eat to say its a diet and still loose weight, its fantastic!!

    I havn't been going to a group, as when I joined I didnt feel comfortable, but I have been doing just fine on my own. . . . although finding this thread is the cherry on the cake :-)

    Anyway, I'm still trawling though all the pages looking for tips and recipes, so will be back when I'm done!!

    I have a few recipes of my own to post, I like sharing ideas :-)

    They sound yum, but I cant seem to find recipes!!
