Same here. I posted yesterday when I hit the same snag. Don't usually have a problem, but it's not having it this week!

:eek: Oh well, back to Alpen Lights, then.....

ETA just had a look on website and has the HEB list shrunk? I'm sure there used to be more cereal bars on that list!

starting slimming world today does everone go to a class or do you mange to do it on your own at home also how many sins can you have many thanks to any replies

summerlou - I do it at home but that's because I've been to classes for years and now know it inside out. You should have between 5 and 15 syns per day for a balanced diet.

No it looks the same as me but I'm wondering if they used to be listed in with the cereals which was why it seemed longer but wasn't...that makes no sense at all does it!! I find alpen lights quite hard to get hold of esp in the choc fudge flavour, hoping to get some at the weekend, I'll be like a junkie grabbing as many boxes as I can!

Totally unrealted to slimming world but the lyrics in your sig are from one of my absolute favourite songs ever ever ever! (I even love Bragg's original, but not as much as the Kirsty version!)

They always have loads of Alpen lights especially the fudge flavour in Asda, they were on offer the other week (can't remember how much) so I got 4 boxes:o

Eeek Achtunglady! Amazing how fast it creeps on, hopefully one week back on plan you should have dropped most of that!

Happily found out my favourite carrot salad from M&S (the carrot and bulgar wheat one) is only 3.5 syns a pot on green or extra easy....GOOD TIMES!
