  • WI today and lost 2.5 lb :j so I got the 2.5 stone sticker that I should have managed last week  . It does get harder as you get smaller, doesn't it? There was a lady there today trying to encourage people to start their own groups up in the area as well as she says there's a huge demand for them. Slightly puzzling as I know they closed a group two months ago which was just down the road.

Oh well, off to eat one of my SW chocolate mint bars in celebration. Yum! How fantastic to find something you can eat with chocolate in and which can count as a healthy extra!

Help - does anybody know how many syns are in a Roasted Peanut Tracker??

Also, off out for a meal tomorrow night.....just wanted to clarify the Extra Easy plan to see if I can use it tomorrow??

Am I correct in thinking I can eat ALL kinds of FREE foods from green or red, 1 HEA and 1 HEB and still have 5-15 syns??
So in theory I could have the following:-

    Breakfast
Toast (HEB) with Bacon, Beans and Bowyers Sausage (1 syn)

    Lunch
Prawns and a large mixed salad

    Dinner
Steak, Jacket Potato and salad, glass of wine (6 syns)

Using HEA milk for coffee through the day

    Is this correct??

Yes, it is correct. Any syns you do have are counted at the lesser amount. For instance if it is 3 syns on green but 978 syns on red - you only need to count 3 syns!

    Hi Everyone

I joined Body Optimise last week and WI this morning showed a 1.5lb loss which I’m very happy about considering I wasn’t very good at the weekend, half a bottle of dark rum and a McDonalds :o isn’t the best start but I’m happy with my loss. I’m more focussed this time around as I didn’t like my class last year.

Also I’m loving Extra Easy! I ordered the cookbook which came today and it’s full of tasty looking dishes I can’t wait to try out!

I just wanted to ask, the new Muller Lights with Chocolate flecks, are they any good and also are they free?

    Thanks

Hi! Well done on your first weigh in :D

The mullers with choccy flecks in are free (but as Sophster1 mentioned they aren't as full as the usual ones!).

Am suffering from lunch fatigue at the moment. I never know what to have :( Today am on extra easy and have had thai noodle mugshot (half a syn) and a packet of wafer thin chicken...not exactly a balanced diet is it! Trouble is I'm just not organised enough to make stuff the night before...I really need to sort myself out if I'm every going to shift the weight!

No, definately not! It was a group run by my consultant, but the consultant had a holiday booked and it was the only group no one could cover for the week. It had happened before and apparently it had gone as a "weigh and go" week for that one week, run by one of the members, but this time they closed it completely! Really strange as it was a popular and well attended group and I understand that some of the people decided not to join any other groups as they were so cross.

Oh well, I never did understand management decision making even before I became a SAHM . . .

Vegetables are fine and for the purpose of slimming world tomatoes are a vegetable so you can cook, puree - do whatever you like with vegetables and they will still be free foods. Enjoy your soup!

Great, thank you Marion. I have lots in my freezer and thought I might have to throw it away.

Found Flylady website, I will be a flylady soon, too I hope.
