Hi, have been away from the forums for ages but would like to join back on this thread if everyone is ok...
me and partner are doing SW ourselves, our 2nd time but we didnt keep it up the first time. high blood pressure and cholesterol is pushing me into action, what with being tired ALL the time too.
so, just a few questions if no one minds....why is fruit free if its raw, but if you cook it down (without adding sugar etc) it isnt free, and
does anyone have any ideas about what to use to substitute things like pasta, rice and pots on a red day. tonight i cooked a shepheards pie and used mashed sweded for the topping instead of potatoes. i know that in the past Ive used turnips to mash up too, but are there any other ways of pretending that im eating rice, pasta and pots? partner wont eat pasta and potatoes anyway so i have to do red days with him but LOVE my pasta and pots...0 -
