Fingers crossed for my weigh in tonight - need to lose 1.5lb to make my two stone award before we go on holiday.

Great discovery today - my favourite Jelly Belly jelly beans are only 1 syn for 5 beans! Really pleased about this as it will give me a happy treat option that doesn't involve fat.

Has anyone tried the baked bean/cottage cheese quiche things and are they worth making?

    Afternoon All

I had a maaaaassive jp and beans for lunch and a snickers bar with a cuppa a bit later on. I now have a bit of a dilemma...The only food in the house (until tesco del later) is some burgers, which I was going to serve in buns with cheese and chippy chips

So my HEa is the cheese and my HEb is the bun, but I will need to Syn the chips and Burger (which I am cooking in the Foreman)

I have prepared the mixture for the Syn Free Falafels it is chilling in the fridge, so I will make them up tomorrow and get the family to try them.

Off to have a look now.

Sounds lovely to me. I am having a veg quiche made with fridge bottom veg, quark, not enough eggs and healthy extra cheese. The raw mix tasted better than the cottage cheese one so fingers crossed it is ok.

hello!! have only just found this thread, Hooray!!
have done sw on and off for several years, not long joined a smashing group with a fab consultant

I am a teacher on holiday so able to get out and do a bit more exercise although I have recently started swimming on the way to work 3 times a week which I am really enjoying!

weigh in tomorrow, have lost a stone since I started, just bought a 12 week countdown and am trying hard to lose another stone during those 12 weeks, but have had a bad back since last Thursday so lost the plot a bit iykwIm !! back is thankfully on the mend now (££££s at the chiropractors but worth it) so need to get back on track

I am loving Aldi for their cheap fruit and eating lots of nectarines, bananas and grapes and Muller light are a bargain at Tesco atm as well so no excuses really for me not filling up on free foods!!

So any words of support, wisdom, encouragemeny would be gratefully recieved! i have 3 stone to lose :eek::eek::eek::eek:
