Hi, managed to lose another lb this week. Am happy about that but still feel bloated. Im off to a wedding in Prague on Friday morning. Im away til Monday so will be enjoying myself while im there, but really need a boost in these last 4 days. Not sure whether to go EE as I normally have green but I think that will make me still bloated. But on red days i feel less satisfied. But I was hoping EE will meet in the middle, but not sure if Ill lose anything by Friday.
Im going to try really hard, do some excecise and eat as much superfree foods as I can. A tan would also be nice but it looks like rain all week here. Cant wait to get to sunny Prague.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Hi all,
looks like everyone has been working hard on their plans. I have had (ahem) 3 days totally off plan at a wedding, largely due to massive amounts of wine and the big bag of M&M's I scoffed on the plane - oh and the takeaway curry to soothe the hangover. NOT good, norty norty!
Also, I weighed in about 3 days early last week and found I had put on half a pound which annoyed me a bit, as I had been very good, but all I can do is pick myself up again and get back on with it.
I have another wedding this weekend which I plan on enjoying but I am going to try and minimise the damage by isolating that as the only day in the week for a few more syns than normal. I have a funeral this week too, so will try not to eat unmonitored things there and will not be drinking, so should be easier.
Hang on, just realised OH and I have our anniversary this week too and we were planning a dinner out as a treat. Well, I will have to be careful on what I choose then I think.
Must be good, must be good, I am doing it for me, no one else.
Can anyone tell me how many syns are in 2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce?
And how I can plan my eating on the day of the wedding when I know they are serving salmon en croute? How many syns?
Thank you!

1st weigh in today and I've lost................1 measly pound
I would have liked a bit more seeing as how it was the first week and I've stuck to it 100% but maybe next week........
I don't feel as bloated and my trousers are slightly more comfortable so I must be doing something right0 -

we splurged on takeaways and ready meals all week! dreading weigh in tomorrow night. Am hoping that all the walking and chasing the kids will have minimised the damage.
on a positive note I went on the water chutes and all the funfair rides (even the scary skymaster) which is something I'd never have had the nerve to do before I lost weight
back on track now, fresh start and aiming for size 16s!
Which Butlins did you go? We've been going since i was 9! I love it as i can be a kid rather than the 30 year adult i am.
We're hoping to go again in Oct and hopefully to stay in 1 of the hotels.Started slimming world 4th November 2010

Doesn't look too elegant, Sophster but I would say don't eat the pastry of the salmon en croute - it has to be one SW seven deadly syns I reckon.0

oh my life! indeed, I will definitely have to avoid the pastry then. And have a work out in the morning beforehand! and maybe only eat half of it, if that's even possible at a wedding when the meals can be so long...
thanks for the info.0 -
