Whooooo hooo I lost 31/2lbs this week which also means I get my club 10 and my 1 n 1/2 stone sticker = 21lbs in total :j

Thought Id share this with you one of the ladies at my club does it as a snack I havent tried as I am not a marmite fan. Cook some pasta then mix some marmite with a little boiled water, drain pasta then cover in the marmite sauce, place in the oven and cook for a while (sorry not sure how long I guess until a little crispy?) they are meant to taste like twiglets - hope that helps some of you?

Ooooh pasta twiglet type things!! Will give that a go :D
Am away at the parents this weekend so not sure how things will go, will take loads of mullers and mugshots, don't think mum has so much junkfood in the house these days (dad has high cholesterol and mum is on xenical!) so shouldn't be too bad....was trying to save syns for the carvery on Sat night (and a drinkie) but er, well am going to GBK tonight...ARGHHH! Will be chicken bacon and avocado without the bun (never eat it!) and probably a few chippies....hell I need to get back to the gym FAST!

Woo Hoo! Another 2lb off this week! That takes be to 1lb off losing 25% of my starting weight, 3lb off losing 5 stones and over half way to my ideal weight! Feeling pretty good today, if you can't already tell!

Well done to all the other loser and STS - keep your chins up if you haven't done too well. Stick at it! x
