    Hi everyone

You all seem to be doing great:D

I am not doing so well at the moment. Stress, tiredness and no money are not a great combination for slimming... I am still trying to keep with it, and I have at least managed to sts the last couple of weeks, which I am pleased about:)

I really need to dig out some recipes, and start shopping to make sure I have the correct ingredients in the house.

I totally know what you mean about not getting on with your consultant, I lost 3 stone but hated going to class, tried to do it alone but didn't do so well and am now back at group, a different one this time with a really great consultant so I'm feeling pretty optimistic.
I love those quorn cocktail sausages I've been veggie for years so have forgotten what the meat ones taste like.

I'm going to keep trying, there's only 2 classes I can get to and they're both run by the same girl:rolleyes: I object to paying just to get weighed!!

I might try some of the little quorn sausage, the idea of putting them in with beans sounds a good'un :j
I got 2 packs of the full size one's for £2 in Asda yesterday :D

I've just had a huge round courgette hollowed out and stuffed with curry savoury rice for tea it was delicious and syn free!!!!!

I got some Tofu today for the first time ever - mainly because it was half price in Morrisons. Need to think of something to do with it if anyone has some suggestions?

I tend to cut a block of tofu up into slices and bake it in the oven for about half an hour to get rid of some of the water, then use it to cook a stir-fry with stir-fry Fry light, some soy sauce and veg from the freezer e.g. green beans, mushrooms, and peppers. Obviously works just as well with fresh veg, I also add chilli flakes and sometimes tinned pineapple (HE B) or cashew nuts (HE B), If you serve it with noodles that's all free on a green day.

Does it have potato wedges with it? If so it's 7 on red and 5.5 on green

What a great idea to bake it, think I might marinate it with soy sauce and stuff then bake it off. Thanks very much for the tip.

Hi all, not seen this posted but I may have missed it.

Morrisons have 180g of chicken breast pieces for £1 and even better it's on a BOGOF, deal is on til Sunday and I cleared the shelf of what was left and will be heading back everyday!

Morrisons have changed the deal overnight

Now just £1 per pack, on a plus though pasta and sauce are on BOGOF, 79p each
