Yey I lost a pound this week :) which I'm very pleased with as worked away Mon- Fri last week, and stayed in catered accommodation so had no control over food, and it's my star week!

I lost 4.5 pounds! Really shocked actually although it was star week last week so not sure if that was the cause as well. But its heading in the right direction. Just going to keep gym, really want to lose a stone and a half by my holiday in Sept.

I thought I had eaten my weight in muller light yoghurts.

mini qourn sausages and beans sounds like a great plan, will definitely try that on some nimble bread!

this thread is a great help actually for food ideas.

Well done Vicxen - you must be really pleased.

I have been wading back through old posts and there are some great ideas for things like Quark.

I seem to be a bit stuck. My first 2 weeks were fine, I lost 3.5lb the first week then 3lb the second week. Then it stopped, I gained half a pound then lost it the following week. I have been sticking to extra easy the whole time and I have followed the plan completely. Weigh in isn't until Thursday but I weighed myself today and I haven't changed. I was eating loads of fruit (2 or 3 big bowlfulls with yogurt every day as well as picking at apples, kiwis nectarines etc) but I have tried to cut this down incase I was eating too much of it. I have now sat down and planned my menu for the next week and a half in the hope that this will help too. Does anyone have any other advice?

Well done VicXEN and JillD and others for losses and STS's.

Haven't been on the thread for a while again, but have been sticking at it. I seemed to get a bit 'stuck' for 2 or 3 weeks, then had a little gain, but it's shifting again now. I feel, as I don't go to class, that there's no rush, or pressure. I'm still pleased with my total loss.

Thanks to everyone for the food suggestions. I suspect part of my 'plateau' there was because my meals were getting a bit dull and samey.

Hi, Try varying your healthy extras, so if you always have bread then maybe try cereal. Also make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water a day. I found I slowed down when I tried EE all the time (way back in Jan) so now I do mainly green at least one red and EE on days I fancy 'real' chilli and rice or a chicken curry and rice. Just keep it varied, you may find youll have a big loss next week.
