Does anyone know if the Quorn (pre-cooked) mini sausages are Free

I saw them in Sainsbugs the other day and they would be great for snack attacks but thought I'd better check first to see if any one knew??

They are free but everyone I've heard who's tried them says they're mank!

I wish the quorn scotch eggs were free - they're yummy!!

Does anyone know the syns for one of those small snack sized Twix bars?

They are in my goodie tin, along with some Freddo's and Milky Ways. I have been assuming they were 5.5, but wanted to check.

    Thanks!

I chuck the quorn sausages with a tin of beans in a pan.........yummy beans and sausages with a couple of eggs fried in frylite. Nom Nom Nom:D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Vicxen - often a lot of exercise will mean you don't show a loss - but don't worry as it's a good change for your body and you may find you've lost inches instead of lbs this week. Keep at it - it does work! I've lost 6 stone in total over the years with SW and got 5 now to do.

Congratulations on such a fab weight loss and also for your engagement.

Thanks - sadly the weight loss isn't that great ;) I lost 3.5stone the first time to almost get to target then I put it all back on and more (bad comfort eating habits). So I've lost 2.5stone this time but still haveover 5 to go to get to my target weight for the wedding!

But I know it works so I keep coming back to it - the weight gain was not due to SW - just my own eating issues.

    Hello:D

I started back on the SW plan this week, I've done it on and off for years  Hoping to lose a stone to start with and then see how I feel, I'm veggie so do Green days all the time.
I'm not going back to classes this time, my lovely consultant has retired through ill-health and I didn't exactly get on with her replacement :o

I totally know what you mean about not getting on with your consultant, I lost 3 stone but hated going to class, tried to do it alone but didn't do so well and am now back at group, a different one this time with a really great consultant so I'm feeling pretty optimistic.
I love those quorn cocktail sausages I've been veggie for years so have forgotten what the meat ones taste like.

I'm not quite in the zone again yet :( mealtimes are fine, but my fiance is away so much, I get down and I eat constantly. Must prepare SW friendly snacks - which I haven't had in the house so far. :o
