Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying :mad:0 -
Hi, can I join you all ?
I stared SW a week ago, first weigh in tonight, and lost 3lb, so I'm happy
The best bit of this "eating plan" is that you can eat as much as you like (as I've discovered!!!)0 -

Went along to my first meeting tonight and really enjoyed it. Feeling all inspired and ready to go! Bring it on!
Got no plans to speak of tomorrow so hoping to find time (despite kids) to sit down and put together some vague meal plan. Also got 2 meals out this week to incorporate so going to try and work out where to go and what to have.
My consultant didnt give me the password - will this be emailed to me ? Does it change every week ?
Am thinking Wagamama for tomorrow night - does anyone know if I am on green then how many syns for Yasai Yaki Soba, or the Salmon Teryaki noodle dish.
Or else what else is low ?
TIA

I spent most of last night reading through the thread and it looks like a fair bit has changed since I last did it. I might have to go along to the meetings which I don't really want to do, as I get demotivated if I don't lose!
My original plan for today is
B- strawberries and bananas
L - cheese and ham salad sandwich - HEA & HEB
D - chicken, potato (HEB) lots of veggies.
Fruit as snacks0 -
JillD - the password changes every week however they last for a fortnight if you get my meaning! I've never heard of a password being emailed to you as standard - they're usually written on the table when you pay and sign in but I'm sure if you phone your consultant she'll tell you what it is.0

I'm up to page 40 of the thread now and you ladies (Judderman and Pete) are really inspiring. I'm intrigued by the EE system, which is different to what I did before but from what I can see here looks like a nice variation.
I have just checked SW website and there is a class tonight just up the road so I am going to go along. I'll just have to hope I don't get demotivated if I do put weight on. Hopefully you can help me stay on the right track.0 -
Well after me worrying about putting on, i actually maintained.
I am so pleased with myself.
I also had my Gym induction last night, which went really well.Started slimming world 4th November 2010
