    Well done rabbit!

I had my first meeting last night I'm X st 8lb. The extra Easy is a strange concept having been indoctrinated to Red and Green years ago, but I'm going for it.

I've just woken up from a night shift so haven't decided what to eat today! Just had a diet coke and an apple!

I wasn't amazingly impressed with Image therapy. Just going through peoples losses and gains, no recipe ideas etc. Going to go shopping later.

Well had my first weigh in last Friday and had put on 3lbs  (but it was TOM so could make allowances for that I suppose:confused: ) . My friend who claimed she hadnt followed the diet lost 2lbs  . Guess this diet isnt for me then. Had previously lost 3 stone over the last 3 years by various diets (GI, slimfast, proactol).

Anyone know the syns for slimfast  Got loads to use up and they are handy for taking to work.
2nd weigh in tonight. Still dont think I have lost any  Been swimming twice this week, so hoping that will help.

Hi Gocat - you prob won't feel much different right now, it's a bit early still, give yourself at least 4 weeks to get used to it. I've promised myself to stick with SW for 10 weeks, hoping by then it will have become a good habit!

Right, slimefast (not, that's not a typo ;) ) These 4 are on the SW database, all say "made up as directed, dried per serving" so I've no idea if that means they have synned the milk in or not!

    Banana
    Heavenly Chocolate
    Simply Vanilla
    Summer Strawberry

11 syns on original or green!!

Personally I'd chuck 'em in the bin !

I've got slimfast to use up too - I'll just slip them into SW as and when I fancy one (not often) and not count them

Ali - no it sounds like they are without the milk serving so you'd have to have that as your HEA.

Feeling really bloated and uncomfortable today :( Just thought I'd share! :rotfl:
