CONGRATS!!! Thats great news. :T lovely and romantic (im still waiting ) im sure youll get to your target and have the wedding of your dreamsSkint_Catt wrote: »Whoop go you! :T
Well I'm a lapsed (several times) Sw'er but I'm back as OH proposed to me two weeks ago on our first day in Sorrento. Wedding will be late June 2010  So lots of weight to shift between now and then!!!!
Will be tricky until I remove some non-SW food in the house, but started on my fave green day (EE doesn't work for me) so egg & baked beans for brekkie, apple for snack, savoury rice for lunch and meat and 2/3 veggies for dinner (eating at Mum & Dads) - just have to side-step the pudding!:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

The baby is fine Thank You:)
Just remember though, your hubby-to-be loves you the way you are so don't panic about losing too much weight........

Just joined Slimming world last week, got my first weigh in tomorrow but dont think I have lost anything
Got some slim fast and some tins weight watcher sandwich filling to use up. Any way, I can incorporate these into slimming world diet e.g. how many syns are they?
Well had my first weigh in last Friday and had put on 3lbs  (but it was TOM so could make allowances for that I suppose) . My friend who claimed she hadnt followed the diet lost 2lbs  . Guess this diet isnt for me then. Had previously lost 3 stone over the last 3 years by various diets (GI, slimfast, proactol).

Lol, sadly, no he doesn't (but it's a long story) so I better get going!0 -
I seem to be going a bit off the rails. Although i am choosing sensible choices when it comes to meals, i am not being strict enough when it comes to chocolate and crisps. I have started eating at night when i'm not hungray, last night it was 2 bags of crisps and a flake and a pack of buttons, night before it was 2 bags of crisps and 2 packs of buttons, night before it was loads of liquid syns.
I was weighed at the hospital yesterday and i have put on a 1lb, but i did get weighed with my boots on, so i am hoping i have maintained.
I am joining the gym tonight and i am off camping next week, so i am going to start a fresh when i get back.
I do not want to put back the good work i have done over the last 9 weeks.Started slimming world 4th November 2010
Starting weight 13st 4.5lb
Current weight 12st 11.5lb

Well didn't have a great first day, lol, but my head's on track so it's a start.
Can anyone tell me syn value for champagne, lemon roulade & shortbread fingers? :rotfl:
Being good today and OH is cooking a Quorn chilli tonight - YUM!0 -
Thanks! I need to buy some different oatso simple then! I love it for brekkie cos its poritonised and easy to measure out. I haver a 6yo, a 4yo and an almost 2yo to sort out before school each morning so theres no time to weigh and measure. Tried prepping the night before but am just not organised. So its oatso simple or toast (with tons of butter ... yadda yadda yadda....)
Getting my head round the HE choices. Had milk with oastos simple and coffees so thats one right ? Need to get out the book and consult!
JillD - i struggled with breakfast on a weekday morning - Kids, breakfast club and work all by 8am so no time to cook, the best piece of advice i got from my consultant is to remember that breakfast doesn't have to be at 7.30 am (or whatever time it is for you). So now i have a mullerlight with added berries (normally raspberries or strawberries)before i leave for work, which takes me through until mid morning break (i work in a school so the time is fixed) and i have at least a banana and one alpen light bar - but if i am feeling hungry i will also have a second alpen and an apple. And in my head this is now my "breakfast" but split into two meals a day. I find this takes me through very well until lunchtime and stops the "naughty" munchies. Hope this helps you!0
