Lost 1.5 lbs this week at weigh in last night. Thought I would do better but at least its a loss. 2 stone 2 and a half in 11 weeks. 13 pound to target. I have really slowed up on weight loss over the last 4 weeks. Used to loose between 2 - 4 lbs weekly, now often a half or so. Wonder if my body is getting used to the plan.

4 for a chocolate digestive, 3.5 for a plain one.

    Hello, Can I join?

I lost 3 stone on SW 6 years ago and kept it off for at least two years. Then I had a baby, blah blah blah, you know the story. I'm just over 2 stone heavier than I want to be, but I don't want to get into weekly weighing as I get despondent if I haven't lost and give up, so I won't be going to classes just using my books from long ago.

My plan (and OH too as her has put on weight too) is just to follow SW and see the results in our clothes.

Today was our first full day and we went green.

B - strawberries, blueberries, a banana and glass of milk (HEA)
L - green salad, walnuts (HEB), tomatoes, new pots, grapes
D - bubble and squeak, trimmed bacon (HEB), melon
snack - berry snack-a-jacks (not sure how many sins but I had a packet to eat up!)

Hoping for lots of inspiration now so will spend the evening reading through the whole thread!

    Hello All

I just found this forum Ive been doing SW on and off for years but I went back 20th May and so far have lost 18lbs. Im pleased with that because I had done a stone on my own since January and I had a baby last Nov so I dont think Im doing too bad.
Im up for all ideas I mainly fo Green because I am not a big meat eater - I havent been brave enough to try EE yet lol
Can I ask what the spreadsheet is please?;)

    No you may not :p

well it has several tabs with different things on it including:

    • food diary - I find the paper one is too cramped and not enough room
    • a sheet to list favoured free/low syns snacks n treats
    • a tab to log time spent/miles walked if you walk/jog/run to loose weight
    • a target sheet to track up to ehmmmm think I did 2 maybe 3 targets and as you update it tells you how many days you have left to reach target and how many pounds still to loose
    • a links sheet for stuff SW related
    • a menu page with hotlinks to jump to the page you want
    I think that's everything

if you want a copy drop me a pm with your email address
