I am actually managing to lose weight again at last. I was stuck on 12st 10-12 for four months, but now weigh 12st 6.5lbs. That is another 2 and 3/4lb lost in a week!! I am sticking to green days mainly with a few success express days a week too. I agree that green days are more filling and I am less likely to pick at other things because I am hungry on green days.
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

    Hello All

I just found this forum Ive been doing SW on and off for years but I went back 20th May and so far have lost 18lbs. Im pleased with that because I had done a stone on my own since January and I had a baby last Nov so I dont think Im doing too bad.
Im up for all ideas I mainly fo Green because I am not a big meat eater - I havent been brave enough to try EE yet lol
Can I ask what the spreadsheet is please?;)

Can anyone confirm if you're allowed to snack in between mealas on extra easy?

If so, is meat and traditional things free on gree free as snacks?

    thanks.

I was reading my friends book she had on extra easy and it says
you can eat any of the free foods anytime. so hopefully
you can as i have been doing EE most of this week. Hopefully
someone with more experience will confirm this.

Snacking on free foods is ok on EE, but I find I don't need to as you get bigger and more balanced meals (well, that;s what I find!) so I feel fuller and don't feel the need to snack.

Each to their own I suppose!
