That fruit dish sounds lush.
I had WI tonight and lost a scabby 1/2 lb for my effort!
Mind you I did go out last saturday and had 3 pints, but resisted the buffet.
I am a v good girl indeed. :rotfl:

I said the same thing a few weeks back. A day or 2 after Catt appeared. Consultant31 is on holiday, I believe. No sign of Angie or any of the other familiar names that were around earlier in the thread. I'm still plodding along here but don't post as much as there doesn't seem to be as much 'conversation' going on, if you know what I mean?0 -

Feeling a bit fed up. I just weighed myself on my bathroom scales -I know I shouldn't but I couldn't resist- and I'm heavier than I was last week. I'm hoping that when I weigh in tomorrow the sw scales will tell me something different. Going to have to be super good this week if they don't. Maybe even a few sessions on the wii fit or dance mat, although it's too hot for that.0

I'm doing much better than expected, thanks. Hit a plateau late January time, just when all the New Year starters were clocking up good numbers, but I persevered with it, stuck to plan and kept my chin up. My losses were a bit irregular for a couple of months, but I seem to be back on track now and losing very consistently now.
I think some people seem to lose heart to quickly and give in just becasue they've had a bad few days/weeks - the human body is very complex and you can't expect to control it like you'd like to. Weight loss takes time and effort as well as one hell of a lot of positive thinking.
If someone had told me I could lose the weight I have in the time I have, I would have laughed at them. Yes, in theory 1lb a week is 52lb a year, but I never thought it could work for me. I haven't lost a huge amount and I know there are some quicker losers on here than me, but I'm happy with the results so far, I'm not flabby and I'm slimmer. It's just costing me a fortune in clothes at the moment, what with the summery weather, nothing from last summer is much good to me, so I have to keep treating myself to bits I can mix and match to get me through the summer, spending as little as possible as I am hoping these clothes will be no good for me next summer! Fingers crossed!
Keep your chin up, Judds. You know it works, and I know it is hard, but it'll be worth it in the end! x0 -

Thanks, but thats the problem, it doesnt supply all that - have found the Cola & Tonic in the directory, but cant find the other ones and for some reason, even thought Sodastream is in the directory, its not on the website!0 -

A home made would be free on Red, we make them all up to the HEB weight and freeze them so they can be used with Salad on R Days or Pasta/wedges etc on G days - or served in a HEB Brown roll.
Can thoughly recommend homemade Lamb ones - we did them with Chillis in for extra bite!0 -

Ive used the Davina dvd before, it is really good for abs. Its hard going in places but shes quite funny through it so it keeps you going. Youve reminded me to look it out and have another go.
