Welldone on your weight loss :T

Ive used the Davina dvd before, it is really good for abs. Its hard going in places but shes quite funny through it so it keeps you going. Youve reminded me to look it out and have another go.
Been to weigh in tonight and lost another 3lbs - taking me to 2st 6lb total loss - really pleased esp since I've been using my full 15 syns every day this week

We're going on holiday in 3 weeks so am determined to keep on track to lose as much as possible before then. I've been doing lots of walking and been on the wii fit nearly every night once the kids are in bed.

If anyone can recommend a good exercise dvd for quick results (esp for abs) I'd be really greatful as I want to add that in on alternate nights with the wii fit.

    thanks :)

    Hello all,

I am after an alternative to scan bran. I sadly can't eat scan bran as its not gluten free, but some of the receipies on the sw website look really tasty and i would really like to taste some of them. My consultant said the ginger cake was lovely.
I have some gluten free crackerbread, i wonder if that would do?
    Any ideas?

Hi, I'm not sure what gluten free crackerbread is like, I guess you need something with a similar texture to scan bran otherwise the receipes won't work, well, I guess some may work but they won't necessarily come out the same! Maybe try a recipe but in a smaller batch so you aren't wasting ingredients?

It looks a bit like ryvita, it comes in quite a small pack in places like Holland and Barratt. I personally refuse to buy it as I think it's a rip off. It has a message on the pack saying 'used by slimming world', or words to that effect

I've had a lovely fruit dish two days running (once with plain yog, and tonight with Muller light banana & custard) - i put raspberries, some cubes of melon, halved some green grapes, added my healthy extra of mozzarella chopped up (you can have 42g of mozzarella and btw Asda do a very low fat one!) and a big big dollop of fat free yog on the top and mix it all up. It sounds odd but it is really filling and because of the cheese you feel you've actually eaten something.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
