indian is difficult - try a green day, order a veggie dish(not a creamy one tho) and ask if it can be cooked without ghee. also remember to ask for tonnes of boiled rice, its free.0

Hi there.
I recently re-joined slimming world for the third time and this time I am detemined to stick to it and reach my goal. This time I have set a mini target which I have never done before. Had my first weigh in on Thursday and I lost 3 and a half pounds. Was really pleased. Bit worried about this week tho as I went out last night and polished off 2 bottles of wine. Oops. Have managed to stick to it today tho which has been very tough with a hangover.0 -
Good luck with WI today. You might be ok. Just be careful next week because of the dreaded catch-up! I've done that before and been ok, just lost slightly lessn than I thought the next week so don't worry!!!
I'm doing the X-plan now, still SW diet but x-plan exercise dvd. Will see how that goes. Only started yesterday, but am feeling much less fat today!!!!
Will let you know how it goes!2022 Comp total (prizes + free spins): £494.81 #20 £12 a day Jan: £382.95/£372 #57 360 1p challenge: £17.70 £10 a day Feb: £571.09/£280 March: £311.96/£3100 -
It's my birthday today and I've not been too good this morning or yesterday. Had a [STRIKE]few [/STRIKE] about 6 HM biscuits and a slice of cake, oh and a brownie. No booze though, so it could have been worse. I'm having SW meatballs tonight though that's syn free, so hopefully back on track..... :rolleyes2
Has anyone made the cheesecake with jelly crystals, muller light and quark? I'd love to make it for my birthday treat tonight, but I'm not sure how much water to make up the jelly. Can anyone help?Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0 -

My sw consultant told me about that, although haven't made it yet. I think she said make up half a pint of jelly, but it might have been a pint. I will have a look when i get home. Although by then someone else will probably have replied.Started slimming world 4th November 2010

Thanks smegs. There's a lemon one in the recipe index that says half a pint, so I think I'll try it out. Don't have an electric whisk though so I can excercise at the same time :rotfl:Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0

Sorry no ideas, we are off Camping on 20th July and was thinking of doing a BBQ or pasta most nights.
I will keep an eye on the replies though, might get some ideas.
