My green day brekkie is usually dry fried/poached/scrambled egg and baked beans/spaghetti hoops though sometimes I have cooked pudding rice mixed with a yoghurt.
Red day is usually bacon & mushrooms or a full english (when I have time!)
Neutral brekkie is fruit salad & yoghut or half a small melon with grapes.
Sometimes I have cereal/toast but never think it's worth a HEb!

Made up as I lost 4lb at my first week, have followed the Original all week eating loads of meat, veg and fruit. (using the brilliant 49p cheap fruit from Aldi) I also filled myself up with home made soup - courgette and leek. Also tried to drink loads more water.
Used my syns for chocolate treat each evening.

Have not felt hungry and looking forward to my chocolate treat has kept me going each day. (I am a chocoholic.)

Harriets_Mum - yes you can freeze Muller Lights (some people eat them as ice-cream once frozen) but I don't know how well they defrost!

You've solved a problem for me - we're hosting a breakfast meeting next week and trying to do it cheaply - the half size Mullers will be perfect, thanks!

My consultant has just found out that if booking a twelve week countdown gets you a free cookery book worth about £4-5

I'm going to make a stir fry tonight, vege one, and was hoping for a little inspiration with regards to the sauce. I have a pack of stir fry veg with beansprouts, some noodles (not fresh!) and some other veg (carrots, baby s/c etc..) all I have for the sauce is some sweet chilli which is approx 1.5 syns per tbsp. I know I won't use many syns for the 2 of us, but was thinking of a slightly more interesting sauce... any ideas?

I'm really starting to enjoy this healthy eating lark!!

    Hi there,

I wonder if anyone can help.

Despite carefully planning my week's meals in advance, I not only seem to have added extra syns each day so far this week (which will really catch up with me later on when I have a big weekend), but today I have gone abit off plan and I'm not sure if I can rescue it.

I had planned a green day with Fish as my 2 HEB's for dinner, instead this is what has happened:

B: 1/2 scan bran cake (HEB) (not planned), muller, apple
    S: Banana
L: Baked bean lasagne (cheese - HEA), muller
This is where i've really gone off course (although I'm pretty sure it could be worse)
S: Special K bar & chocolate rice Krispie cake
Planned for dins: Potaotes, spinach & leaves, salmon (2 x HEBs) with garlic n soy sauce
Had planned on keeping syns to a minimum today to save for wine and Pimms later in the week.

Is there anyway I can rescue this? Or failing that, can anyone help with the syn values of the special K and rice krispie cake?

    Thanks!
